General Refund Policy

All advertising sales on Momkinz are final. Due to the nature of digital advertising and promotional services, we do not offer refunds once an advertisement has been placed and published.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

If the Ad Has Not Been Published:

​

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your ad has not yet gone live on our platform or no actions have been made.

  • A processing fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.

If Momkinz Cancels Your Ad:

  • If we are unable to run your ad due to internal issues on our end (e.g., website downtime, technical errors), we will offer either:

    • A full refund OR A credit for future advertising on Momkinz.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Ads that have already been published.

​

  • Cancellations requested after the agreed-upon campaign start date.

​

  • Ads removed due to violations of our Advertising Policy.

​

  • Lack of expected results or performance (we do not guarantee conversions, clicks, or engagement).

Ad Modifications & Rescheduling

  • If you need to make minor edits to your ad before it goes live, we will do our best to accommodate your request at no extra cost.

  • Rescheduling of an ad campaign may be allowed based on availability but is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
