Iva Hudeckova, LMBT #17034, is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist who completed her training at Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC in 2018. Currently based in Charlotte, she offers customized massages that combine various modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and sports massage, to relieve pain while providing a deeply relaxing experience.

In addition to running her own practice, Iva works with professional athletes, including the Carolina Panthers and multiple teams at Wake Forest University. She has provided massage therapy at regional, national, and international sports events and has had the privilege of working with Olympic medalists.

Passionate about wellness, Iva is continuously expanding her knowledge through advanced training, learning from renowned experts such as Dawn Lewis (SMRT), James Waslaski (Orthopedic Massage), Erik Dalton (Myoskeletal Alignment), and Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains and BodyReading). She is also exploring new modalities, including lymphatic drainage and craniosacral therapy, which she hopes to offer soon.

In her free time, Iva enjoys exploring NoDa with her two greyhounds, visiting national parks, and traveling internationally, including back to her native Czech Republic.
