Rachael Anastasio Collins, BSN, RN, IBCLC, is a dedicated Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over a decade of experience in maternal and infant care. After beginning her career as a mother/baby nurse and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor in Chicago, Rachael transitioned to in-patient lactation services in the Greater Charlotte Area, eventually launching her private practice, Milked Lactation Services, LLC, in 2018.

Her passion for breastfeeding support was ignited during her own clinical experiences and personal breastfeeding journey with her three children. With a unique blend of personal and professional insights, Rachael is deeply committed to empowering families through compassionate, evidence-based lactation care. Residing in Stallings, NC, with her husband, three children, and their pets, Rachael continues to bring empathy and expertise to the families she serves.
