Dr. Katrina Mitchell is a highly skilled breast surgeon with a unique background in global health, specializing in the care of pregnancy-associated and postpartum breast cancer patients. After completing her general surgery residency at Cornell and contributing to global health projects in Tanzania, Dr. Katrina Mitchell pursued specialized training in breast surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is also an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). Currently practicing at the Ridley Tree Cancer Center in California, she serves as the medical director of the Ventura Coast Milk Bank and actively collaborates on national and international initiatives related to breast cancer and lactation.
