Cheryl Demers is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), trained at UC San Diego with an internship at Natural Beginnings Birth and Wellness Center. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, focusing on early childhood, education, aging, and hospice care. Additionally, Ann is a certified yoga teacher with specialized training in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
